You gain exp. If you win or lose and get a win & a loss for every time you go solo.
You will gain 1.5x exp.
At a cost of 1.5x normal health loss.
You can also hit yourself into negative numbers.
Since another player can only attack after you reach 25+ health, you control when you fight others.
